Terms of Let :
Deposit :
A non-returnable deposit of 25 % per week is payable on confirmation of
booking. The balance (remaining price) is due not less than 28 days prior
to your arrival. I the event of cancellation, every available effort will
be made to re-let, but if a substitute tenant cannot be found your deposit
will not be returned. However, the deposit is the limit of your liability.
If you have paid for your holiday in full 75 % of the amount received will be refunded.
Should you have to cancel your holiday, you must telephone us first and
follow this with a written confirmation by First Class mail.
Occupancy :
To allow us time to prepare the mobile home to our high standard it is requested
that you time your arrival to not before 4 p.m. and vacate your accommodation
by 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Cleaning :
The mobile home will be in a clean condition on your arrival and tenants are
requested to leave it in like condition. The right is reserved to make a
charge for additional cleaning if the property has not been left reasonably
clean.
Pets :
Most dogs and other pets are welcome. Please notify us in advance. It must be
remembered that this is a working farm and pets must be kept under control
at all times and not allowed near the cattle or sheep. In addition, please
do not allow your pets on the beds or other furnishings.
PETS MUST NOT BE LEFT ALONE IN THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME.
Owners' Liability :
No responsibility is accepted by the landlords for any accident or mishap to
persons or property whilst on the premises, or whilst engaged in any activity
therefrom, or any illness or injury arising from any cause whatever.
The booking is made on the understanding that the mobile home will be placed
at your disposal on the date stated. Should this not be possible through
circumstances not under the control of the owner (e.g. fire, theft or
damage) we cannot guarantee to provide alternative accommodation, in which
case the booking deposit will be returned to you in full, but you will
have no claim against the owner or agent.
Kitchen Service :
Finally, if you would like the fridge/kitchen stocked in advance of your
arrival just let us have a list and this will be arranged. Although no
charge is made for the service we would expect you to pay for the items
purchased on your behalf.
