Stable Cottage, Barclosh Farm :

Stable Cottage is our largest cottage converted from an original stable to make highly desirable and comfortable accommodation for four people while retaining many original features. The master bedroom has ensuite facilities and the living room has a woodburning stove.

The Kitchen :
The kitchen is extensively equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and hob, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.

The Lounge :
The lounge has an attractive fireplace with a wood-burning stove. The room is furnished with comfortable chairs and a settee, together with colour TV and DVD Player.

The Dining Room :
The dining room is furnished with table and chairs. It also has views to both the back garden and the Galloway countryside well beyond the farm.

The Bedrooms :
The two bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes and chests of drawers. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed, and the downstairs bedroom two single beds, thus providing accommodation for four. The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a balcony offering extensive views over the surrounding countryside.

The Landing :
The landing is a spacious area with seating for reading, etc., away from the TV and the DVD Player. It also affords extensive views over the surrounding countryside.

The Bathrooms :
The ensuite and the main bathroom have period fittings. Each has a modern electric shaving socket, washbasin, WC and a bath. The downstairs bathroom also has a powerful shower.
